How to make a Google review QR code

    1. Find your review link

In your Google Business Profile, choose the option to ask for reviews and copy the link it shows. It opens your review box directly.

    2. Paste it and style the code

Paste the full link into the generator. Add your colors or logo if you like, keeping strong contrast. The code updates as you type.

    3. Download and test

Download a PNG for the printer or an SVG for a designer. Scan it with a phone and check that the review box opens before you print.

Where to find your review link

Sign in to your Google Business Profile, open your profile and use the option to ask for reviews. Google shows a short link and a share option. Copy that link. If you cannot find it, search your business on Google and look for the Ask for reviews button on your own listing.

    Where to place the code

Put it where customers are already waiting or paying: the counter, the receipt, the table card, the delivery bag, the appointment card or the checkout screen. A line such as Liked it? Scan to leave a review gives a clear reason to scan. Print it at least 2 cm (0.8 in) wide with strong contrast.

How to ask without breaking the rules

Ask every customer, not only the happy ones, and do not offer discounts or gifts in exchange for a review, which Google's rules do not allow. A friendly request at the right moment, like right after a good service, gets more honest reviews than a poster nobody sees.

See how many people scan it

A static code opens your review page but cannot count scans. If you want to know which counter or flyer brings reviews, use a dynamic QR code: a free URLHop account gives a short link that opens your review page and counts scans by day, country and device. You can also change where it points without reprinting.

    Do review QR codes expire?

The static code does not expire, because the review link is inside it. It works as long as that link does. A dynamic URLHop code does not expire either, and it keeps working even if you later need a new review link.

    Google review QR code: questions

Is the Google review QR code generator free?

Yes. You can make and download the code for free, with no account, no e-mail and no watermark, as PNG or SVG.

    What link do I paste?

Paste the review link from your Google Business Profile, the one that opens the review box for your business. Other links, like a plain map link, show your listing instead of the box.

Can I put my logo on the code?

Yes. Add a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF in the logo panel and it goes in the middle. The code switches to the highest error correction. A star is used as the default icon, not the Google logo.

Can I see how many people scan it?

Not with the static code from this generator. A dynamic QR code from a free URLHop account counts scans by day, country and device, so you can compare counters, tables or receipts.

Can I use the same code for several locations?

Use one code per location, because each has its own review link. Label them in your files so the right one goes to the right shop.

Want to know which counter brings reviews?

A static review code opens your page but cannot count scans. A dynamic one shows how many people scanned and lets you change the link after printing. It is free to start.
