Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really forever?
Yes. URLHop's Free plan isn't a trial and has no end date. You get 100 links with QR codes, 1 link-in-bio page and 10,000 tracked clicks a month for as long as you like, with no credit card.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Every new account starts with 30 days of Pro for free, with no credit card. If you subscribe during the trial, the first charge only happens when the 30 days are over. If you don't, the account stays on Free and nothing is deleted: your links and QR codes keep working.
What happens to my links if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing is deleted and no link is switched off. Links and pages above the new plan's limits keep working; you just can't create new ones until you're within the limit. Features exclusive to your old plan, like country rules or branding removal, stop applying.
What counts as a "tracked click"?
Every visit that goes into your analytics: each click or QR code scan on a short link, each visit to your link-in-bio page and each click on its buttons. The limit only applies to counting. If you hit it, your links keep working and counting resumes next month or as soon as you upgrade.
How does payment work?
Starter, Pro and Business are card subscriptions handled by a secure payment processor; your card details never touch URLHop's servers. You see the price before you confirm and can cancel any time from your dashboard. Enterprise is agreed and billed by contract.
