Short links that don't expire

A link created on URLHop has no expiry date, even on the free plan, and there's no cap on how many times it can be visited. Put it in your bio, a group chat, an email or a printed flyer knowing it will keep working. If you want a link to stop on a certain date, Pro lets you set an expiration; without one, it never expires.

Change the destination, keep the link

Shared a link and the page moved? Edit the destination in your dashboard and you're done: anyone who clicks the same short link lands on the new address. Ideal for weekly promotions, sign-up pages, catalogs and any link that's already printed or spread across messages.

A custom name people remember

Instead of random characters, choose the end of your link, like urlhop.me/summer-sale or urlhop.me/your-name, as long as it's still available. Clear names look more trustworthy and are easier to say out loud. From Starter, use your own domain, like go.yourbrand.com/promo.

See where your clicks come from

Every link shows its clicks by day, country, device type and referring site. From Starter, the UTM builder adds campaign tags (Instagram, newsletter, Google Ads and more) so you can follow results in Google Analytics too.

Power features when you need them

On Pro, protect links with a password, set an expiration date, schedule when a link goes live, cap the number of clicks and export analytics as CSV. On Business, send people to different destinations by country or device and run A/B tests between two pages. On every plan, you can import and export your link list as a spreadsheet.

URL shortener questions

Do URLHop short links expire?

No. URLHop short links have no expiry date, including on the free plan. They only stop if you set an expiration date or click limit, deactivate or delete the link, or if it's blocked for being used in a scam.

Can I edit a link after I've shared it?

Yes. The short link stays the same and you change its destination in your dashboard whenever you like. Anyone who clicks after the change goes to the new address, usually within a minute.

Can I choose the link name?

Yes, on every plan, including Free. You choose the ending, like urlhop.me/your-name, as long as nobody has taken it. You can also let URLHop generate a short one for you.

Do short links show ads or a waiting page?

No. Anyone who clicks a URLHop link goes straight to the destination, with no ads and no interstitial page. The only exception is when you choose to protect a link with a password: then visitors see a screen to enter it.

How does URLHop stop scam links?

Every destination is checked, and addresses with phishing signals, such as look-alikes of well-known banks and stores, are refused or sent for review. Anyone can report a suspicious link, and links used for scams are deactivated.
