Terms of Use

Last updated: October 7, 2026.

By creating an account or using URLHop you agree to these terms. They are written to be read: if anything is unclear, talk to us through the contact page.

The service

URLHop, an IBLabs product, lets you create short links, dynamic QR codes and link-in-bio pages, change where they point at any time and see access statistics.

Your account

Links and QR codes that never expire

URLHop does not make your links and QR codes stop working because of time, missed payments or going over the monthly analytics allowance: they only stop if you disable them, set an expiration date or a click limit, delete the account, or if they are blocked for breaking these terms. If you leave a paid plan, your links keep working on the Free plan; paid-only features (such as redirect rules) stop being applied.

Acceptable use

You may not use URLHop for:

Moderation

We review reports and run automatic safety checks. We may refuse dangerous destinations, disable links or pages and suspend accounts that break these terms, without prior notice when others are at risk. Anyone can report a link through the abuse report page.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Availability

We work to keep the service always on and publish live availability on the status page. Formal availability commitments (SLA) and credits apply to the Enterprise plan, as set in the contract.

Ownership and content

Your content stays yours; you allow us to store and display it only to provide the service. The URLHop brand, software and site belong to IBLabs.

Liability

You are responsible for your links' destinations and your pages' content. To the extent the law allows, IBLabs is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits rights that consumer protection laws guarantee.

Changes and governing law

We will announce relevant changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance, by email or in the dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
